Chong Chee Meng, GNS Managing Director, Asia Pacific, steps down

After 27 years with the business, Mr Chong Chee Meng, Regional Managing Director of GNS Asia Pacific has decided to step down from his role.

Chong has been a leading figure in the world of commercial maritime navigation for nearly 3 decades. He has lead the GNS Singapore based business – initially as DPM and more recently as GNS Asia Pacific – through a period of exceptional growth and change.

GNS would like to thank Chong for his dedicated service both to GNS and to the shipping industry in the region and wish him well for the future.

Chong hands over to Rachel Tan, who has been working along side him for the last 3 years. Rachel will take the role of Sales Director for the APAC region and will continue to be based in the GNS Singapore office.
