GNS announces new global technical team

Global Navigation Solutions is delighted to announce its new global Technical Support team.

The new team will support customers worldwide providing help and assistance for Voyager, digital products, weekly update processes and other technical requests. The team of 12 navigation support specialists will be based in GNS office locations in Hamburg, Athens and Singapore, under the leadership of Gert van der Jagt, in a new Global Head of Technical Support role.

The creation of the new team is in response to the switch to digital navigation and the need for fast reliable access to navigational products and services. All of this requires GNS to be able to provide technical expertise around the clock.
