Subscribers to GNS’s Voyager Navigation Management service can now benefit from a free wallboard tool

Live vessel positions can now be displayed and updated continuously on large screen.

GNS announced today that subscribers to its Voyager FLEET INSIGHT Navigation Management service can now benefit from a free wall board tool for continuous display of live vessel positions on large screen in Operations centres and reception areas in shipping companies.

The wallboard tool displays the positions of vessels in a fleet on a map and updates every 10 minutes to show latest position. The new service is free of charge to all subscribers to Voyager FLEET INSIGHT Navigation Management, GNS’s Voyager Navigation as a Service or GNS’s Voyager Fixed Price Bundles.

“We’ve heard a lot of great feedback from the hundreds of GNS customers using Voyager FLEET INSIGHT. This latest update to Navigation Management providing this additional Wallboard module aims to further support operational activities onshore.” said Hayley van Leeuwen, GNS’s Director of Product and Marketing. Van Leeuwen added “Most users are visiting Voyager FLEET INSIGHT every week to keep track of vessels, manage navigation compliance and optimise navigational product usage and costs.”

GNS customers wishing to access the wallboard module should contact GNS’s customer services team at customerservices@gnsworldwide.com

Voyager FLEET INSIGHT, GNS’s online vessel tracking, navigational compliance and cost management service, debuted in October 2018. A free level of service provides live vessel tracking, vessel information, navigation subscription and inventory management, navigation compliance management and Port State Control inspection histories. Users can also upgrade to a Navigation Management subscription in order to view historic trading patterns, navigational usage analysis and port call data.

Contact our Customer Service team to access the new wallboard module.
