DHL experiencing delays to specific destinations due to COVID-19 #Update 1
Update 27th March 2020
Our global purchasing team are working closely with all our suppliers on a daily basis, keeping our customers up to date with the latest COVID-19 information.
DHL, our main delivery supplier partner have advised that they are experiencing delays globally, which will in turn impact the time of delivery of items dispatched from our warehouses and the possibility of locations being unavailable due to restrictions. To help support us, we would request you to place orders in advance to ensure that we get deliveries to you as quickly as possible in this current climate. Our Customer Service team will work closely with you to schedule the delivery from either one of our warehouses or via our global network of suppliers.
