Improve eNavigation resilience
Automatic back-up of navigational data provides the ability to recover quickly should issues arise.
Reduce exposure to cyber risks
Reduce cyber risk by with secure connections and removing the need for USB data transfer.
Reduce workload by automatically distributing updates to all points of use onboard to ensure the latest information is always used for planning and voyage execution.
View Voyager’s product recommendations on the map or in a list, add or remove items and order those required to make navigational compliance simpler and easier.
All navigational information in use onboard can be updated via Voyager Cube. Includes all digital navigation updates, Voyager data layers and the Admiralty NtM booklet.
Reduce cyber risk with secure access to navigation updates and permits and removing the need for USB data transfer between more exposed internet-enabled back of bridge computers and ECDIS.
A complete navigational data delivery and back-up system, keeping vessels safe, compliant and always up to date.
We do not offer any free trial for the Voyager Cube. We recommend starting with the purchase of a single Voyager Cube unit to set up on one vessel. This allows you to assess and evaluate before considering deployment across your entire fleet.
Here are the key benefits of the Voyager Cube:
Compliance and safety – Vessels stay equipped with up-to-date chart data for safe navigation onboard.
Time efficiency – Vessels no longer need to manually download weekly updates and transfer data to ECDIS. Updates are received daily as and when available, and automatically imported on ECDIS directly.
Navigational efficiency – With fewer manual tasks to carry out, vessels can now focus on other critical navigation activities onboard.
Automatic Back Up – Removes dependency on human intervention in backing navigational data, thus reducing risk of human error.
eNavigation Resilience – Reduces risk of missing critical navigation data.
Fast Resolution – We provide 24/7 support to swiftly address and resolve any issues as they arise.
No, you do not need VSAT. The updates are no larger than what you are currently using and can be easily managed through Fleet Broadband (FBB).
No. Weekly updates are cumulative data gathered over a period of 7 days by UKHO (United Kingdom Hydrographic Office). Vessel can now receive these updates daily as and when available. Data sent to vessel is simply split over a period of 7 days rather than being accumulated. This also ensures vessels do not receive large files overloading data bandwidth. Vessels can promptly receive small data.
Voyager Cube is hardened to prevent installation of 3rd party applications, and it has Windows Defender Security. All ECDIS updates are securely delivered to the ECDIS using a secure Linux drive.
